to enhance every inch of the guest

experience through one simple

touch, or even no touch at all.

Now Occupied

During the check-in process, the PMS system

triggers an “Occupied” room state: room

temperature is brought to a comfortable

setting as guests head to the room.

Warm Welcome

As guests enter for the first time, the “Welcome”

scene is activated: lights turn on, music plays,

drapes open, and the TV displays a personalized

greeting welcoming guests to the room.

Energy Efficiency

Sensors detect the occupancy and set

thermostats back, and turn off lights

automatically to reduce energy waste. Likewise,

sensors can activate pathway lights to the

bathroom when a guest gets out of bed.

Personalized Experience

Guests can create their own custom experience.

Goodbye alarm clocks and wake-up calls.

Guests can schedule their rise with sunshine, a

favorite TV show, or music, and a “Goodnight”

The Control4 Hospitality Server is used

to seamlessly integrate existing property

management systems with trouble-ticketing

systems and Control4 guest-room equipment.

This enables automation based on checkin,

check-out, and guest service requests.

The Control4 Web Management Console

provides full, detailed control of your guest

rooms no matter where you are. Easy

to learn and easy to use, the web-based

application can alert maintenance when

an issue arises and even notify hotel staff

when new batteries are needed for a remote

Touch Screens

Sleek in-wall or tabletop touch screens make it

anywhere in the room. Through the intuitive

interface, calling for cleaning or valet service, or

even setting a “Do Not Disturb” option is just a tap

away. Custom wallpapers can be added to match

the room’s decor, or graphically treated with the

hotel’s logo.

Thermostats

The Control4 Wireless Thermostat makes it

effortless to control temperature based on

occupancy and check-in status. Many third-party

thermostats, can also be integrated.

Configurable Keypads

convenience for guests and benefit hotel

operations: “All Off” or “Do Not Disturb.”

System Remote Control

With an OLED backlit display, the Control4 remote

gives guests on-screen control right where they

expect it—on every TV. And it can even control the

shades, lights, and more.
